Job Description and Expected Outputs:
Roles Responsibilities:
 Plan, implement, and monitor all project activities and ensure smooth operations in consultation with the project manager.
 Focus on field-level effective implementation of the project while also maintaining the big-picture view of the long- term sustainability of the project.
 Support and ensure community engagement activities through community influencers and resource persons.
 Advocacy Influence - capturing the insights from the project and its impact
 Building synergies with Government bodies, Ministry of Road Transport, Skill Development, NSDC, NHAI, Logistics Sector Skill Council, Employers, and other Private Sector companies.
 Preparation and submission of activity and project reports as per stipulated timelines
Reporting and Coordination:
 You will report to Assistant Programme Director in DAHQ.
 Coordinate with the corporate Communication and Knowledge Management unit for outcome and impact data collection, collation, and analysis.
 Coordinate all administrative issues with respective departments

 Willingness to spend lots of time on the field & to travel extensively, even alone Very high on personal and professional integrity.
