Job description
    1. Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
    2. Supervise and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
    3. Manage the treasury function, including cash management, Investment, banking relationships.
    4. Review and approve expenditures, ensuring they align with budgetary constraints and organizational policies.
    5. Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, bank statements, and financial records to ensure accuracy.
    6. Assist in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and managing tax audits.
    7. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports like Balance sheet, MIS, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
    8. Ensuring correct allocation of costs and proper accounting for grants and donor funds.
    9. Provide variance analysis and corrective actions for budget deviations, particularly in relation to donor-funded projects.
    10. Ensure that reports meet the specific reporting requirements of each donor.
    11. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards and provide support in internal audits.
    12. Communicate financial data and trends to other Domains and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and senior executives.
    13. Assist in preparation and managing the annual budgeting process and monthly monitoring against the budget.
    14. Supervise and guide the team members, ensuring efficient work processes and high performance.
