    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Deputy Manager - Capacity Building to join our team . As Deputy Manager you will play crucial role to assist the Project Manager in implementing the ‘Equality 4 Progress’ project aimed to empower women through capacity building, income enhancement and mobilization of relevant resources through connecting with relevant stakeholders like that of NRLM, other govt. officials, local CSOs and networks.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Building networks with the local stakeholders, positioning, and convergence with Govt Departments.
    • Focus on field-level effective implementation of the project while also maintaining the big-picture view of the long-term sustainability of the project.
    • Building up good networking with stakeholders and Govt Depts and ensuring monthly coalition meetings of the same in order to ensure that the plan of action.
    • To support the strategies for women-led enterprises setup and function by coordination.
    • Liaisoning, regular progress follow-up, and counselling of SHGs and CLFs women (Self Help Groups & Cluster Level Federation) linked under the project components.
    • To supervise field staff involved in project implementation and ensure the project progress as per the agreed milestones and timelines.
    • Any other work assigned by the senior management.
