Experience: More than 6 years of experience in research, quality control or testing and analysis with exposure to commercial testing sampling.

Job description:

• Assist the lab team in maintaining the laboratory in a neat and orderly manner.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for various material testing equipment’s and support the teams in training and maintaining the same.
• Assist and manage the laboratory team to prepare test specimens and test samples as per International standards.
• Plan and coordinate testing of materials with a view to client reporting and management.
• Analyze test results and prepare quality reports for submission to clients in the areas of building materials, industrial wastes, cements and minerals.
• Timely delivery of reports with clients and internal satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clients for results, their analysis and testing.
• Coordinate with NABL certification agencies for NABL and other ISO certification for the laboratory at Delhi and Ghitorni

DESIRABLE QUALITIES:

• Must be proficient in English with excellent communication skills. Hard working with ability to understand and analyze research results. Ability to travel and manage a research lab.
• Must be able to interact with commercial companies and satisfy their needs.
