Experience:- 2 - 4 years of experience in academic or applied research in the field of building materials / concretes / ceramics with exposure to product development and testing

Job description:

·         Undertake research in utilization of industrial waste materials e.g. fly ash, mine waste, agri residues, waste limestone, biomass etc. for turning into wealth.

·         Formulate research methodology and research plans including execution as per guidelines provided.

·         Characterization and analysis of materials, formulation of compositions and development of newer products.

·         Undertake collaborative research with academic institutions leading to adoption of new and relevant technologies and development of new products.

·         Demonstrate and support commercial deployment of developed technology and products in small scale enterprises.

·         Support to materials, cement and concrete laboratory for analysis and testing.

·         Timely delivery of products with clients and internal satisfaction.

·         Writing proposals as per the requirement of funding agency(s), including business plans.

Desirable Qualities

·         Must be proficient in English with excellent communication skills.

·         Hard working with ability to understand and analyze research results.

·         Ability to travel and manage a research lab.
