Job description

         Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Partner and Internal Teams Coordination (10 %)

    • Coordinate with implementation partners for planning, execution, and reporting
    • Align program activities with cross-functional teams (Knowledge and learning, operations, Enterprise Support Service teams, etc.)

    2. Field Implementation and Community Mobilization (50%)

    • Support in the implementation of project activities at the district and block levels.
    • Mobilize and identify potential entrepreneurs and beneficiaries as per project guidelines.
    • Support entrepreneurs through various stages of enterprise development.
    • Support in the strengthening and operationalisation of enterprise and systemic prototypes
    • Anchor Special Initiatives such as District entrepreneurship coalition, udyaMita Suvidha Kendra etc.

     3. Documentation (20%)

    • Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups with entrepreneurs and ensure quality implementation and validate data
    • Track progress against project targets and indicators.
    • Document best practices, success stories, challenges, and lessons learned.
    • Support monitoring, evaluation, and audit processes as required.
    • Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly insight reports from the field for internal sharing and decision-making

    4. Administrative and Compliance Support (10%)

    • Maintain proper documentation of field activities and expenses.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project guidelines.
    • Support logistical arrangements for meetings, training, events and client Visits

    5. Data Management (10%)

    • Ensure data quality, completeness, and consistency across sources.
    • Data Validation across sources

         Preferred Qualification, Experience and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Rural Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or related disciplines. A master's degree in a relevant field will be preferred.
    • 3–6 years of experience in livelihoods, entrepreneurship development, rural development, social innovation, or community-based programs.
    • Experience in field implementation, stakeholder coordination, partnership management, and entrepreneur support.
    • Exposure to enterprise development, ecosystem building, capacity building, and monitoring & reporting is desirable.
    • Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
    • Understanding of livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem development.
    • Stakeholder and partnership management skills.
    • Strong communication, facilitation, and capacity-building abilities.
    • Experience in data collection, reporting, documentation, and knowledge management.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools.
    • Willingness to travel extensively and work in field-based environments.
