As the Manager, Learning Programs, you will design and develop experiential learning products for students, non-profit professionals, and corporate clients. This includes on-site, online, immersive programs, and activity-driven modules. You will also create curricula for online webinars to ensure long-term accessibility of training resources. Your responsibilities will also involve identifying and reaching out to target clients, pricing learning programs, and ensuring successful program implementation. You will be part of the core team who would generate sustainable revenue streams and support Senior Management with meeting documentation and records. Your work will play a key role in advancing climate and sustainability capacity-building initiatives, delivering impactful learning outcomes for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
