Sustainability in Social Housing
India's urban housing shortage at 18.78 million has the added humongous responsibility of preventing natural resource extraction. In such a situation, a sigh of relief is heaved by sustainable, eco-friendly and affordable housing projects undertaken by some, showing the way forward for others – which has been elaborated upon in this Policy Brief on Sustainable Material Use in Social Housing.

la Caixa Coalition Launch Event | Amar Ujala, Sahara | 14th June 2018
The la Caixa Coalition Launch Event took place in TARAgram Orchha (Madhya Pradesh) and Zila Panchayat Hall, Mirzapur (Uttar Pradesh). The coalition has been launched to service a network of 5000 entrepreneurs. The objective has been to promote a listening and learning discourse on entrepreneurship and job creation with various stakeholders. This is a compilation of the programme and the event being covered by various media organisations.

A policy round table was organised by DA to glean insights on the challenges faced by small farmers in Sikkim, the current state of FPOs (Farmer Producer Organisations), and the opportunities and possible way forward for achieving the desired objectives. This video encapsulates the deliberation.
DA has been leading various programmatic interventions on safe drinking water - imparting education on the importance of water quality and its safe consumption - to ensure minimum acceptable standards of water quality.
